Join Micron Semiconductors as a FE Materials Supplier Manager and take the lead in shaping our strategic sourcing initiatives. As a global leader in memory and storage solutions, Micron is committed to innovation and excellence, and this role is pivotal in driving our supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for developing category strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring high levels of supplier performance across our Front End (FE) materials portfolio. In this dynamic environment, your expertise in materials management will directly impact production continuity and the quality of our semiconductor products. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for Front End (FE) materials to align with business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and operational stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from supplier qualification to contract renewal.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or materials management within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of Front End (FE) manufacturing processes and material requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reductions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
