Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control the daily operation of feed mill machinery, including grinders, mixers, and pellet mills.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company operational standards during all maintenance activities.
- Analyze production data and equipment performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports and maintenance logs using Microsoft Office applications.
- Train junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in feed mill operations or heavy industrial machinery maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of feed mill equipment, including hammer mills, rollers, and conveyor systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel for documentation.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and PLCs used in industrial equipment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Mechanical Engineer) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or overtime as required by production schedules.
