Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the feed mill plant to ensure optimal production efficiency and output quality.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with project management teams to execute plant upgrades, expansions, and process optimization projects.
- Monitor raw material intake, mixing ratios, and final product quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Enforce strict safety and health protocols (HSE) in the plant to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Analyze operational data and prepare technical reports to support decision-making and cost control measures.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a feed mill or food processing facility.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to be assigned in San Ildefonso, Bulacan and work on rotational shifts if required.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, conveyor systems, and processing equipment is highly preferred.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
