Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure all activities align with company standards and policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fitness professionals and support staff
- Manage member relations, address concerns, and enhance overall member experience
- Monitor and improve branch performance metrics including membership growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols throughout the facility
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and professional development
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance of the branch
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
