Are you a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for high-end aesthetics? Earth Lines Architects, a premier architecture and interior design studio based in the heart of Bali, is looking for a creative and meticulous FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing our luxury residential and hospitality projects to life. You will be the bridge between conceptual design and physical reality, curating premium furniture, sourcing unique materials, and managing the procurement process to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and design excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive FF&E packages, including mood boards, specifications, and procurement schedules.
- Source and manage relationships with local and international furniture suppliers and artisans.
- Coordinate with interior designers and architects to ensure furniture layouts align with architectural intent.
- Manage the procurement process, including budget tracking, order placement, and tracking deliveries.
- Conduct site visits to supervise the installation of furniture and accessories.
- Review shop drawings and ensure product specifications meet quality and durability requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of material samples, fabric swatches, and supplier catalogs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FF&E coordination or high-end interior design.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of furniture materials, construction techniques, and global interior design trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesian preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
