Tanggung Jawab
- Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables according to industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks
- Conduct optical loss testing and network performance analysis
- Document installation reports and network schematics
- Ensure compliance with K3 Kelistrikan safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network expansion projects
- Train junior technicians on fiber optic best practices
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory active K3 Kelistrikan (Electrical Safety) certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in fiber optic installation/maintenance
- Proficiency in OTDR testing and fusion splicing techniques
- Familiarity with fiber optic network design principles
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Valid driver's license and willingness for fieldwork
