Join Smartdeer Services Centre as a FICO (SAP) Analyst and leverage your expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules to drive financial excellence. We're seeking a Mandarin Chinese-speaking professional to bridge communication gaps between international stakeholders and local teams while ensuring seamless financial operations. This role requires deep SAP FICO knowledge to optimize processes, support month-end closings, and implement financial controls. You'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance reporting accuracy and system efficiency, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP FICO modules (FI & CO) to align with business requirements
- Support financial accounting processes including GL maintenance, asset accounting, and payment processing
- Develop and implement financial reporting tools using SAP BW/BPC and standard SAP reports
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for FICO-related issues
- Collaborate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system training
- Assist in month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Document business processes and create user guides for FICO functionalities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation/support experience
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (verbal/written) and English
- Expert knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects and new GL implementation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify improvement areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA)
