You will be responsible for conducting field observations, analyzing account statuses, and managing collections for accounts exceeding their due dates. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform direct field visits to clients to address payment obligations.
- Conduct thorough observations and analyze account payment behaviors to determine appropriate follow-up actions.
- Manage end-to-end collection processes for delinquent accounts via telephone and face-to-face communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and collection activities in the company system.
- Ensure that all collection strategies comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes and restructure payment plans where necessary.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding account status and collection effectiveness in the Jember area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a field-based role.
- Strong knowledge of the Jember area and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and mobile communication tools.
