- Conduct regular field visits to assess customer financial situations and payment capabilities
- Analyze customer payment patterns and propose tailored recovery strategies
- Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout payment discussions
- Prepare detailed field visit reports and financial status documentation
- Coordinate with internal collections team to optimize recovery timelines
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in collections, credit management, or customer relations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel within Malang region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
