BCA Finance is seeking a proactive Field Account Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pangkal Pinang. As a key member of our collections department, you'll be instrumental in maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely payment recovery. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-person visits to assess customer situations, analyzing financial data to develop tailored payment solutions, and implementing effective collection strategies through both telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios with empathy and professionalism. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for delinquent accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and prevent future defaults. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations for payment reminders and account assessments
- Analyze customer financial situations to develop customized repayment plans
- Execute collection strategies through telephonic communication and in-person negotiations
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account statuses
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and account disputes
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports with performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in collection workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or collections
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
