Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis of consumer account status to identify potential payment issues.
- Performing professional billing and collection activities via telephone communication.
- Executing field visits to clients to provide education, verification, and resolve payment challenges.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all collection interactions and client account statuses in the internal system.
- Providing regular reports to management regarding account performance and field observations.
- Negotiating payment solutions with consumers to ensure mutual agreement while adhering to company policies.
- Ensuring all collection activities are conducted in accordance with established ethical and legal standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in collection or field sales is an advantage.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and persuasive communication skills.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and target-oriented individual.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willing to perform field-based work throughout the Bandung region.
- Proficient in operating basic office software (MS Office).
