Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to expand BCA Finance's market share in the Bengkulu region.
- Conduct professional field surveys and comprehensive data analysis to determine consumer creditworthiness.
- Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end process of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth account processing and client onboarding.
- Monitor account portfolios to identify opportunities for further engagement and service improvement.
- Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales performance to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Maximum age of 25 years old at the time of application.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in assessing financial documents and personal data.
- Resilient personality with a high target-oriented mindset.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in marketing or consumer finance is a plus.
