Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to market BCA Finance products.
- Actively expand the local market network and acquire new potential customers.
- Conduct professional surveys and in-depth data analysis to evaluate consumer credit eligibility.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the application and consultation process.
- Prepare accurate reporting and documentation regarding field activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and target achievement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking, finance, or field sales is an advantage.
- Possess a strong interest in marketing, target-oriented tasks, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C).
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work mobile in the field and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Bengkulu.
