Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to expand BCA Finance's market share in the Surabaya area.
- Conduct comprehensive field surveys and rigorous data analysis to assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and business partners.
- Manage end-to-end account acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with company credit policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Provide detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio performance to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya and possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
