Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and achieve assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
- Manage product distribution and ensure adequate stock availability in assigned areas.
- Execute merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Handle accounts receivable collections and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, merchandising, or accounts management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in Cavite.
- Knowledge of the Calabarzon region is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
