Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and connect with potential clients in Purwakarta and surrounding areas
- Present Amartha's financial products and services to prospective borrowers
- Conduct field visits to assess business operations and client needs
- Collect necessary documentation and information for loan applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory
- Meet and exceed acquisition targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process
- Report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Purwakarta and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in basic computer applications
