Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support, installation, and commissioning of electronic testing systems
- Deliver comprehensive client training on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Act as primary technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams
- Document and analyze field data to drive product improvements and innovation
- Develop customized solutions for client-specific technical challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations and feasibility studies at client facilities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate field insights into actionable product enhancements
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain customer documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field application engineering or technical support
- Proficiency in electronic testing equipment and measurement systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems
