Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support for industrial automation products (PLC, robotics, inverters, servo systems)
- Conduct on-site system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Develop and deliver customer training programs for automation equipment
- Collaborate with sales team to prepare technical proposals and product demonstrations
- Document technical issues and provide feedback to R&D for product improvements
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Act as primary technical liaison between clients and engineering teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial automation or technical support
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, robotics, or servo systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for frequent client site visits
