Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for ACMV system installations and commissioning.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure system performance meets German quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for site service visits.
- Provide technical training and guidance to clients on system operations and maintenance.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights for pre-sales consultation and product application.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ACMV, HVAC, or building services engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation systems and air conditioning controls.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within the East Region as required.
