This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor testing technologies, specifically AXI, AOI, and SPI systems.
In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our company and our valued clients. You will be responsible for providing on-site application support, equipment installation, and commissioning. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and application assistance for AXI, AOI, and SPI equipment to customers.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of testing equipment at client facilities.
- Travel to customer sites in Penang and Johor (and potentially overseas) for project execution.
- Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation after project completion.
- Monitor equipment performance and provide feedback for product improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor packaging, testing, or AXI/AOI/SPI concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
