Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of machine vision systems.
- Conduct professional training for customer engineers on system operations, software features, and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to communicate field feedback and drive product improvements based on customer requirements.
- Perform system debugging and performance optimization to ensure maximum efficiency in production environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and incident reports.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and technical expertise.
- Travel to client sites as required to perform pre-sales demos and post-sales technical validation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to coordinate with our China HQ and Chinese-speaking clients).
- Knowledge of machine vision, optical systems, or PLC/Automation is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Penang region and occasionally internationally.
