Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers implementing Realtek's USB hubs, Type-C PD controllers, re-drivers, and card reader solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product functionality and integration
- Develop application notes, reference designs, and technical documentation to support customer implementations
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
- Assist customers with design-in processes, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in connectivity solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or related role
- Strong knowledge of USB technologies, including USB hubs, Type-C PD, and related protocols
- Experience with hardware debugging, signal integrity analysis, and PCB design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with semiconductor products and customer-facing technical support
