Are you a technical expert with a passion for modular construction and power management systems? Eaton Group is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) specializing in Prefabricated Solutions to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our innovative prefab product portfolio and our diverse client base across the East Asia region.
You will play a pivotal role in driving technical adoption, providing expert consultation, and ensuring the seamless integration of our prefab solutions in complex industrial and commercial environments. This position requires a blend of hands-on engineering prowess, project management capabilities, and a consultative mindset to help our customers solve complex energy distribution challenges through modern, prefabricated methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and guidance on prefabricated power solutions to customers, contractors, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct on-site technical evaluations, troubleshooting, and support to ensure optimal product integration.
- Lead technical training sessions for clients and partners regarding the installation and maintenance of prefab systems.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence future product development.
- Review project specifications and engineering drawings to ensure alignment with Eaton’s prefabricated solution standards.
- Manage technical documentation and support collateral to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Act as the primary technical interface for complex prefab-related inquiries across the East Asia (EA) country operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, preferably within the power distribution or modular construction sector.
- Strong understanding of prefabricated electrical systems, busway systems, or modular data center infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical hardware and system-level integration issues.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, AutoCAD, or similar design software is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to support customer projects and site visits.
