Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support and engineering solutions to customers to ensure optimal product performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) department to translate technical concepts into viable field applications.
- Conduct on-site visits and remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and presentations for internal teams and external clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market requirements to provide actionable insights for product improvement and innovation.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including application notes, white papers, and user manuals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Field Application Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (advantageous).
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and on-site support.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and diagnostic tools.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.
