In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our cutting-edge storage technology and our valued customers.
You will be responsible for validating SSD compatibility, conducting rigorous on-site troubleshooting, and ensuring our hardware meets the highest performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site technical support and debugging for SSD product failures to identify root causes.
- Execute rigorous validation testing to ensure SSD compatibility with various customer system configurations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating seamless communication between customers and HQ engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including failure analysis reports and application notes.
- Provide technical training and product guidance to customers to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and Quality Assurance teams to relay field feedback for product improvements.
- Monitor and manage field performance metrics to ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or field engineering, preferably in the storage or semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SSD architecture, NVMe/SATA protocols, and NAND flash technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required for on-site client support.
