Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical demonstrations and support to clients using NanoFCM's nano-flow cytometry systems
- Conduct customer training sessions on instrument operation and software applications
- Collaborate with R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Develop and present application-specific protocols and experimental designs
- Perform field trials and validate new applications in research environments
- Prepare technical documentation, case studies, and application notes
- Represent NanoFCM at industry conferences and scientific symposiums
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with flow cytometry or analytical instrumentation
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on laboratory experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Proven problem-solving skills in scientific or technical environments
- Ability to travel regularly for customer site visits and events
- Familiarity with biotech/pharmaceutical R&D processes preferred
- Proficiency in English with additional languages considered advantageous
