In this vital role, you will play a key part in maintaining our financial health by managing outstanding accounts and ensuring customer compliance.
Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting field visits to monitor assets and communicate directly with customers. You will issue formal payment reminders and warning letters to customers with overdue payments, assessing their financial capabilities to negotiate feasible repayment schedules. This position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in the field.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers to monitor asset status and payment progress.
- Issue formal payment reminders and warning letters to customers with overdue payments (1-90 days).
- Assess customer financial capabilities and discuss feasible repayment schedules.
- Negotiate settlements and secure payment agreements to reduce outstanding balances.
- Document all interactions, update customer records in the system, and maintain accurate reports.
- Collaborate with the credit management team to resolve complex account issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards during debt collection.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or debt collection is preferred.
- Valid Driving License (SIM A) is a strong advantage for field mobility.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
- Physically fit and capable of working in the field (walking/visiting various locations).
- Computer literacy (MS Office) is a plus.
