As a Field Asset Management (Kolektor) at BFI Finance Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations by managing and recovering assets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting field visits to assess asset conditions, negotiate payment arrangements, and implement effective collection strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to assess and document the condition of assets in default
- Monitor and track overdue payments, implementing timely follow-up strategies
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve outstanding debts
- Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with company policies and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, asset conditions, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and legal compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in asset management or collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local regulations and financial compliance requirements
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
