Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to farms and distributor networks within the Deli Serdang area to build strong relationships.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training to farmers regarding usage, benefits, and best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for distributors to ensure optimal product placement and inventory support.
- Gather and analyze on-the-ground feedback from farmers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Assist in driving sales targets by promoting brand awareness and effectively communicating product features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, sales reports, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistent messaging in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is required for frequent field travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of agricultural products or a strong willingness to learn new products quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
