Tanggung Jawab
- Promote agricultural products and technologies to farming communities through field demonstrations and one-on-one consultations
- Deliver targeted farmer education on sustainable cultivation techniques and best practices
- Systematically collect, analyze, and interpret field data to identify agricultural trends and opportunities
- Prepare detailed technical reports on field observations, farmer feedback, and project outcomes
- Support implementation of sustainable agricultural practices in partnership with local farmers
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance farming community capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field activities with organizational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience in agricultural extension, field research, or rural development preferred
- Strong data collection and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse farming communities
- Ability to work independently in remote field locations under varying conditions
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation of field activities
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and community development initiatives
