Join Coral Catch Indonesia as our Kepala Yayasan (Director of Foundation) and lead our mission in marine conservation and community development. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic vision and operational excellence to drive our organization's impact in Lombok. You'll oversee daily operations, implement long-term strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and local communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental sustainability and possess proven experience in nonprofit management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the foundation's conservation and community objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations including staff supervision, financial oversight, and program implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, and local community leaders
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational governance standards
- Lead fundraising initiatives and grant acquisition efforts to support conservation projects
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact metrics
- Represent the foundation at public events and stakeholder meetings
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for conservation programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit or conservation organizations
- Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management
- Strong financial management and fundraising skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in grant writing and donor relationship management
- Knowledge of Indonesian nonprofit regulations and compliance requirements
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
