Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to agricultural sites to assess farmer needs and product requirements
- Assist in demonstrating agricultural products and providing technical guidance to farmers
- Collect market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, cooperatives, and distributors
- Support the sales team in achieving regional targets and market penetration
- Prepare regular reports on field activities and sales performance
- Coordinate logistics for product demonstrations and sampling campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (agricultural background preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales or field experience in agriculture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in outdoor and rural environments
- Basic knowledge of farming practices and crop cultivation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Experience using mobile applications for data collection
