Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and potential risks
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Verify adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and monitor compliance
- Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions in accordance with audit standards
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in auditing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to travel as required for field audit assignments
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA) is preferred
