Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate debtor visit schedules and priority lists
- Conduct field visits to debtors across Jabodetabek to collect payment information
- Update and document all visit results in real-time via daily digital reports
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professional customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputed account statuses
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate critical cases to management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company collection policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in field collection or banking operations
- Valid SIM C with reliable personal transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and mobile applications
- Deep knowledge of Jakarta metropolitan geography
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Integrity and ethical conduct in financial matters
