Join Indodana's dynamic Field Collection team as a Field Collection Agent based in Tangerang. This critical role requires direct engagement with clients to resolve payment delinquencies and recover outstanding debts. You'll be the face of our company in Tangerang and surrounding areas, conducting in-person visits to negotiate payment plans and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. As a Field Collection Agent, you'll play a vital role in Indodana's risk management strategy by implementing effective recovery protocols. Your work will help maintain the company's portfolio health while providing clients with structured repayment solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in field-based settings, demonstrates resilience in challenging negotiations, and possesses deep knowledge of Tangerang's geography to optimize route efficiency and collection success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to clients in Tangerang (Kota & Kabupaten) for in-person debt collection
- Direct negotiation with delinquent clients to establish payment plans according to contractual terms
- Maintain detailed digital records of collection activities, client interactions, and payment agreements
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports with accurate documentation of outcomes
- Collaborate with legal team on accounts requiring formal enforcement actions
- Monitor assigned portfolio for emerging risks and recommend proactive collection strategies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations during field operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in field collection or similar role
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to handle difficult client conversations
- Deep familiarity with Tangerang geography and transportation routes
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to explain complex terms
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation purposes
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Physical stamina to conduct daily field visits under varying weather conditions
