You will be responsible for visiting clients directly, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring our commitment to financial transparency is upheld. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular field visits to debtors located in Bogor and surrounding areas.
- Performing direct collection activities to recover outstanding payments.
- Communicating with customers to negotiate feasible payment plans.
- Documenting collection activities, debtor status, and agreements accurately in the system.
- Monitoring customer behavior and identifying potential risks.
- Collaborating with the credit team to optimize collection strategies.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while handling difficult conversations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
- Valid SIM A (Motorcycle license) is required for field mobility.
- Basic understanding of credit and finance concepts.
- High integrity and strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned area.
