Join Maybank as a professional Field Collection Officer in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding loans through field visits, ensuring that our credit portfolio remains healthy while maintaining positive customer relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to recover outstanding debts and negotiate repayment schedules.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily collection reports and activity logs to the team leader.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions and repayment status.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines during all collection activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful loan recovery.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or irregularities in the field to the relevant department.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track progress and manage customer data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK (High School) or equivalent (all majors accepted).
- Possession of SPPI (Sertifikasi Profesi Penagihan Indonesia) certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
