Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, lead, and develop the performance of the field collection team in the Rembang area.
- Ensure that all collection targets (KPIs) are met consistently according to company standards.
- Develop and implement effective field collection strategies to improve portfolio quality and recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze field performance data to identify trends and address potential collection challenges.
- Ensure full compliance with company regulations and industry policies during the collection process.
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise team operations and ensure professional interactions with customers.
- Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and operational status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within the financing or banking industry.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a collection department.
- In-depth knowledge of credit collection processes, debt recovery strategies, and local regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive team motivation and integrity.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Residing in or willing to be placed in the Rembang area.
