Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Field Collection Head (ARH) in Tegal. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing field collection operations, ensuring the efficiency of our receivables management, and maintaining high standards of service excellence while achieving company collection targets.
As a Field Collection Head, you will manage a team of field officers, develop strategic approaches to minimize delinquency rates, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services, possessing the ability to motivate teams under pressure while upholding the integrity of the BAF brand in the Tegal area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Field Collection officers to meet individual and branch collection targets.
- Develop and implement effective field collection strategies to improve the recovery rate of non-performing accounts.
- Monitor daily field activities and provide coaching to improve the performance and professionalism of the collection staff.
- Analyze collection data and performance metrics to identify trends and mitigate potential credit risks.
- Ensure that all collection processes adhere strictly to company SOPs and local regulations.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee high-priority or complex cases and provide support to the team.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on collection performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a supervisory role within the collection or recovery sector.
- Strong understanding of debt collection practices, legal aspects, and financial industry regulations.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding collection KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and internal collection management systems.
- Resilient personality with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Residing in or willing to be placed in Tegal, Jawa Tengah.
