In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our field collection operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in customer interactions.
As a Field Collection Lead, you will oversee, coach, and motivate a team of field agents to achieve recovery targets while upholding the company's reputation and ethical standards. You will navigate complex situations, analyze data to improve collection strategies, and ensure that all field activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of field collection agents to ensure KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement effective field collection strategies to improve debt recovery rates in the Bengkulu region.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure operational compliance.
- Analyze collection performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage escalated customer cases and resolve complex disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
- Ensure all team activities strictly adhere to company SOPs, data privacy laws, and ethical collection practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Management, Business, or Finance preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field collection or debt recovery, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a field-based team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on target-oriented outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Deep understanding of the local landscape and culture in Bengkulu.
