SGMW Motor Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our operations by managing receivable accounts and providing professional, solution-oriented service to our clients.
As an ambassador of SGMW Motor Indonesia, you will be responsible for visiting clients, conducting professional negotiations, and ensuring that payment obligations are met in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate is resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism in challenging field environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to assigned clients to follow up on outstanding payments and arrears.
- Negotiate payment schedules and solutions with customers in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all visits and interactions in the collection database.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to the management team for further resolution.
- Provide regular progress reports on collection targets and productivity.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and brand representation during every client engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A).
- Strong knowledge of the Jakarta Raya area and effective route management skills.
- Resilient personality with the ability to meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting.
