As a Field Collection Officer, you'll navigate diverse neighborhoods in Padang Sidempuan, document collection activities meticulously, and collaborate with credit management teams to develop recovery strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person visits to customer addresses with overdue payments to facilitate debt recovery
- Establish direct communication with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities, customer responses, and payment outcomes
- Collaborate with credit management teams to develop customized recovery strategies for high-risk accounts
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and ethical standards
- Submit daily activity reports and performance metrics to the Collections Supervisor
- Identify potential fraud cases or irregularities during customer interactions
- Assist in resolving customer disputes related to billing or payment discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; D3/S1 degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in field collections, debt recovery, or customer-facing roles
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to handle sensitive situations
- Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of local Padang Sidempuan geography and accessibility
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
