Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to customers who have overdue accounts to discuss payment solutions.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and provide professional guidance on available payment methods.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Negotiate payment schedules and settlements to achieve target recovery rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all customer interactions and case files.
- Collaborate with the internal finance team to escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Provide detailed reporting on daily field activities and collection progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Proven experience as a Collector, Field Officer, or in a client-facing role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and your own vehicle.
- Deep familiarity with the Palembang area and surrounding regions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- High integrity, discipline, and a professional demeanor.
