Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to customer locations for in-person payment collections
- Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent accounts while maintaining customer relationships
- Update customer account information and resolve billing discrepancies during field visits
- Prepare detailed daily collection reports and documentation of all interactions
- Collaborate with internal finance team to ensure accurate account reconciliation
- Identify potential risks and escalate complex cases to senior management
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during all collection activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in mobile technology and basic office software (MS Office)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Knowledge of Samarinda/Kalimantan Timur geography advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Integrity and ethical conduct in financial matters
