Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field collections or credit recovery
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in mobile technology and basic office software
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in finance preferred
- Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
