Join OTO Group as a Field Collection Officer and play a pivotal role in our financial services division. Based in Jakarta Raya, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely resolution of installment payment issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts within the JABODETABEK region
- Conduct field visits to meet customers and resolve payment delinquencies
- Develop customized payment solutions for customers facing financial difficulties
- Accurately document all customer interactions and payment arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex account issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on collection performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in field collection, customer service, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with financial products and installment payment systems
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel throughout Jakarta Raya
- Basic proficiency in mobile devices and reporting applications
