Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person customer visits for payment collection and account verification
- Resolve payment discrepancies and provide financial counseling to customers
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to update customer information and payment statuses
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance during field operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in collection methodologies
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in field collection, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities in customer-facing scenarios
