Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled field visits to customers for payment collection and verification
- Verify customer identity and transaction details against provided lists
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Resolve payment discrepancies through professional communication
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Submit daily collection reports and documentation promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize collection strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in field collection, sales, or customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Integrity and ethical conduct in financial transactions
