As a Field Collection Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our branch's success by implementing effective collection strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting field visits to customers, negotiating payment schedules, and ensuring the recovery of outstanding accounts in a professional manner. You will work closely with the branch team to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
We are seeking candidates who are disciplined, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a valid driving license with own vehicle. Prior experience in collection or field sales is an advantage. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute individual collection strategies as per company guidelines and targets.
- Conduct field visits to customers’ residences or workplaces for payment collection and account follow-up.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries regarding outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall collection goals.
- Report daily collection results and escalate issues to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid driving license (SIM A and SIM C).
- Own a private vehicle (motorcycle or car) ready for field use.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection or field sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Disciplined, honest, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work in the Paser area and conduct field visits regularly.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
