SeaBank is seeking a highly motivated Field Collection Officer to join our dynamic operations team in Bandung. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for managing debtor collections through field visits, ensuring timely repayment of outstanding loans. You'll prepare comprehensive debtor visitation schedules, maintain detailed records of collection activities, and submit daily reports to track progress and identify potential risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and prioritize debtor visitation schedules based on payment delinquency levels
- Conduct field visits to debtors' residences/businesses for face-to-face collections
- Document all collection activities, payment outcomes, and debtor responses in real-time
- Submit comprehensive daily reports highlighting collection achievements and challenges
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate complex cases to senior management
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to update debtor status in collection systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 education with 1+ years in collections or banking operations
- Valid SIM C license with own reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with persuasive negotiation abilities
- Proficient in mobile reporting systems and digital documentation tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in diverse environments
- Resilience under pressure with target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of financial products and debt collection regulations
